Obituary

Page Stewart Feightner,Sr.of 221 Manown street,died Thursday,December 29,1955,at 5:50 p.m.at his late home following a lingering illness. He was born in Delmont and was a pioneer resident of Monessen,coming here in 1898. He was employed at the Monessen Foundry where he was also a past president of Local 1088. He was a member of the St.Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church. Surviving are his wife,Mrs.Edith Feightner,three sons,Boyd,of Long Beach,Calif.,Page,Jr.,of Monessen,Thomas of Latrobe,two daughters,Mrs.Harold (Marjory) Evans,of Monessen,Betty,at home,six grandchildren and one brother,Thomas Feightner of Homestead. Friends are being received at the Rhome Funeral Home after 7 p.m.tonight and from 1 to 5 p.m.and 7 to 10 p.m.tomorrow. Funeral services will be held Monday,January 2,at 2 p.m.with Rev.Paul J.Trout of the St.Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church officiating. Interment will be in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
