Opal L. Wargo; 91; of Fallowfield Township; died Friday; Jan. 20; 2006; in Mon Valley Hospital. She was born Oct. 17; 1914; in Belle Vernon; a daughter of the late Joseph and Fannie Peters Evans. She was Protestant by faith. Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law; Marvin E. Sr. and Hope Wargo; of Charleroi; one brother; William P. Evans; of Fallowfield Township; one sister; June Lambert; of Charleroi; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her husband; Joseph Wargo; in 1993; one son; Joseph E. Wargo; in 2005; two brothers; Joseph Evans Jr. and Charles Evans; and one sister; Frances Yakich. Friends will be received in the CARL J. SPALLINO FUNERAL HOME; 819 Fallowfield Ave.; Charleroi; on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday; Jan. 24; at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Bruce Northey officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
