Olinto Cherici,aged 59 years,died Friday, January 1,1937,in the Mercy hospital,following an operation. He resided at Fourth street and Knox avenue,and for the past 19 years had been in the employ of the Carnegie-Illinois Steel company. Surviving are his wife, a daughter, Mrs. Ann Menaghan of Pittsburgh and a son and daughter in Italy. Two grandchildren also survive,along with a number of relatives who reside in Monessen. Mr. Cherici was a member of the NIPA. Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 from St. Leonard's Church with Rev. Owen J. Kirby officiating. Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
