died Wednesday;June 10;1964;at 8:25 a.m. in
Charleroi – Monessen Hospital.
Mr. Volpi had been employed
as a bartender in Mickey’s
Grill; Second St.; Belle Vernon.
He was a member of St. Sebastian’s
R.C. Church; the
Moose; Italian Beneficial Society;
American Legion; all of
Belle Vernon; and the East Belle
Vernon Athletic Club and various
other social groups.
Mr. Volpi was born in Belle
Vernon on Nov. 5; 1911.
Surviving are his mother;
Mrs. Amelia Volpi of Belle Vernon;
with whom he made his
home; two brothers; Orlando
D. of Belle Vernon and James
D. of Roscoe; three sisters; Mrs.
Albert (Eunice) Dominick and
Mrs. Chester (Mary) Marasco;
both of Belle Vernon; and Mrs.
Joseph (Rose) Lorenzini of
Blythedale.
His father; John; died Nov.
30; 1937.
Friends will be received at the
Shelby D. Ferguson Funeral
Home; Belle Vernon; after 2
