Norman Jones, 48,of 121 Schoonmaker avenue, Monessen,died Thursday,Dec. 30,1948,at 10:15 p.m. in the Charleroi-Monessen hospital. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Sue Jones; six sisters, Mrs. Ernest Butler of Philadelphia; Mrs. John Turner of Pricedale,Mr. Albert Damiani of St. Petersburg, Fla.,Mrs. Geno Zanarini of Detroit,Mich, Mrs. Raymond Coyle of Mineral City, Ohio,Mrs. Bronic Zorek of Charleroi, R.D. and three brothers, Carl and Leonard of Charleroi and Arthur of Latrobe. Friends will be received at the Melenyzer-Ferguson Funeral Home, 220 Donner avenue, Monessen. Services will be held there Saturday,January 2,1949,at 2 p.m.,in charge of Rev. Frederick C. Burchell of the Belle Vernon Church of the Nazarene. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Melenyzer and Ferguson are the funeral directors.
