She was born in Belle Vernon on April 22;1934;the daughter of the late Harry and Elizbeth Jane Turnbull Sethman. Mrs.Seibert was a lifelong resident of the Belle Vernon area. She was a member of the Lynnwood Lutheran Church. Survivors include her husband;Thomas E.Seibert;three daughters;Mrs.Alex (Sheila) Carocci and Pamela Manack;both of Perryopolis;and Frances Seibert at home;three brothers;Richard Sethman;Carmichael;Harry Sethman Jr.;Belle Vernon;and Howard Sethman;Southgate;Calif.;six sisters;Mrs.Margaret Carr;Mrs.Ethel Venneri;Mrs.Hannah Bennett;and Mrs.Florence Weaver;all of Belle Vernon;Mrs.Dorothy Rainey;Denbo;and Mrs.Martha Warner;Springfield;Ohio;and two granddaughters. Friends may call at the Shelby D.ferguson Funeral Home;Belle Vernon;from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday;and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Services will be conducted Friday at the Funeral Home at 1 p.m. with the Rev.Dennis W.Moore of the Hope Memorial Church;Smithton;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon.
