Norma J. Falbo;83; of White Oak; formerly of Belle Vernon; passed away on Tuesday; July 2; 2013 at her residence. A daughter of the late Domenico A. and Josephine Ambrose Mendicino; she was born in Belle Vernon on August 23; 1929. Norma was an active member of the McKeesport Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses until illness resulted in her being homebound. Survivors include her husband of 61 years; Ralph Falbo; Jr.; a son and daughter-in-law; Larry and his wife Debra Falbo of White Oak; two sisters and a brother-in-law; Rose Sabatini of Almont; Michigan; Teresa and her husband Donald O’Toole of Belle Vernon; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by three brothers; Michael; James and Joseph Mendicino and two sisters and two brothers-in-law; Ann and John Ross; Adeline Nuccetelli; and Leo Sabatini. There will be no public visitation. Interment was in Belle Vernon Cemetery. A memorial service for family and friends will be held on Saturday; July 13; 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at the Trafford Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses; 14051 Route 993; Trafford; PA 15085. David J.
