Obituary

Nina Kish of 35 Solomon St.,Belle Vernon,died Wednesday,March 5,1986,at 6:13 a.m.in Mon Valley Hospital. She was 85. Mrs.Kish was born July 25,1900,in Hungary,a daughter of the late George and Veronica Pentek. She was a member of marion Presbyterian Church,Fairhope. A Belle Vernon resident since 1943,Mrs.Kish had previously lived in Monessen. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband,Joseph,Aug.6,1952. Survivors include three daughters,Mrs.Louis J.(Viola) Souply of Irwin,Mrs.Robert (Olga) Vaughn of Trenton,Mich.,and Pearl Kish,with whom she made her home,four grandchildren,and seven great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,where services will be held Saturday,March 8,at 10:30 a.m.with the Rev.Mary Howard,pastor of Marion Presbyterian Church,officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Shelby D.Ferguson,funeral director,is in charge of arrangements.
