Obituary

Nick Jupin of Charleroi R.D.1,died Friday,April 2,1982 at 6 a.m.in the Mercy Hospital,Pittsburgh. He was 67. Mr.Jupin was born Nov.5,1914 in Pricedale,a son of the late Michael and Anna Jupin. He was a member of Holy Ghost Byzantine Catholic Church,Charleroi. Retired in 1972 as a roller from the Allenport Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.,Mr.Jupin was a member of REAP (Retired Employees of Allenport Plant). He was also a member of the Charleroi Elks and the MARS bowling league. Survivors include his wife,Margaret Huranna Jupin,one daughter,Mrs.Lynn (Eileen) Stablein of Belle Vernon RD 3,two sisters,Mrs.Ann Bisacky of Monongahela and Mrs.Margaret Kowasic of Fayette City R.D.,and three grandchildren,Lynn Jr.,Kelly and Amy Stablein. Friends will be received in the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,on Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Blessing Service will be held on Monday,April 5,at 9 a.m.in the funeral home followed by Divine Requiem Liturgy at Holy Ghost Byzantine Catholic Church,Charleroi,with Rev.Charles Kifile officiating. Parastas will be held on Sunday at 7:30 p.m.in the funeral home. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
