Mrs.Nellie Davis;88;of 227 Edith St.Fairhope;Belle Vernon;was pronounced dead on arrival at Mon Valley Hospital at 6:40 p.m.Saturday;March 21;1981. Mrs.Roley was born Aug.20;1892;in Pennsylvania;a daughter of the late D.A.and Mary Jordan Davis. She was a member of the Marion United Presbyterian Church;Fairhope. Mrs.Roley was preceded in death by her husband;Harry E.Roley;March 20;1970. Survivors include a son;David Emerson Roley;of Connellsville;a daughter;Mrs.Michael (Ava) Dorcon;of Belle Vernon;three grandchildren;11 great-grandchildren;and six great-great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home;Fayette City. Services will be held Tuesday at 2:30 p.m.in the funeral home with Mr.Alan Hamer of the Marion United Presbyterian Church;Fairhope;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
