Nathan A. Campus Sr.; 69; of
614 Speer St.; Belle Vernon; died
suddenly Thursday; April 15;
1993; at 11:48 p.m. in Mon Valley
Hospital.
He was born Dec. 22; 1923; in
Columbus; Ohio; a son of the late
Joseph J. and Susanna Demarco
Campus Sr.
Mr. Campus had resided in the
Belle Vernon community for the
past 46 years and previously
resided in Monessen.
He was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church of
Belle Vernon. A veteran of
World War II; he served in the
U.S. Coast Guard.
He retired in 1986 from Power
Piping in Donora; where he was
employed as a quality assurance
inspector. Prior to that he was
employed by American Chain
a nd Cable Company of
Monessen.
Mr. Campus is survived by his
wife of 46 years; Bruna Tocci
Campus; a son and daughter-in-law ; Nathan and Susan
Jarabeck Campus Jr. of
Monessen; a daughter and son-in-law; Mrs. John (Lynn) Marie
Nallo of Mesa; Ariz.; a brother;
Joseph J. Campus Jr. of Pensacola; Fla.; a sister; Mrs.
Albert (Mary) Malgerie of San Jose;Calif.;and three grandchildren;Crisanna campus;Lisa Marie Campus and Rebecca Nallo. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by a brother;James Campus and two sisters;Jenny Lepore and Ann McCracken. Friends will be received at the Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Prayer service will be held Monday at 9:30 a.m.in the funeral home;followed by Mass of Christian Burial at St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church;Belle Vernon at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Leonard J. Parzynski Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
