Narciso (Archie);88;of 419 N.Chestnut St.;Lansdale;Pa.;formerly of the Belle Vernon area;died Thursday;Nov.22;1984;at 2:30 p.m. in Montgomery Hospital. Born in Italy March 22;1896;he was a son of the late Raphael and Ersicia Dolfi Niccolai. Mr.Nicccolai was a resident of the Belle Vernon area for most of his life before moving to Landsdale 24 years ago. He was a retired member of the United Mine Workers of America;having worked at the Gibson Mine. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by his wife;Nellie Levi Niccolai in 1922 and five brothers;Primo Niccolai who died in 1969 and Gino Niccolai;who died in 1979;Domineco (Mingo) in 1967;Nello in 1956 and Salvator in the 1920s. Surviving are one daughter;Mrs.Elsie Kurnik of Lansdale;two grandsons;Thomas and Robert Kurnik;both of Lansale;and two great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Sunday from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;where funeral services will be held Monday at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
