Jeanne Blair,56,of 202 SE Wallace Terrace,Port St. Lucie,Fla.died Monday,Oct.3,1988,at 8:30 p.m. in Martin Memorial Hospital,Stuart,Fla. She was born July 6,1932,in New Eagle,a daughter of the late William and Anne Tucker Galen. Mrs. Blair had lived in Post St. Lucie for the past 10 years,and was employed as a bookkeeper in the auto industry. She was formerly employed by the Belle Vernon Water Authority. She was a former member of the Baptist Church of Belle Vernon. Surviving are her husband,David (Corky) Blair;one son,Dean Blair of Charleroi;one daughter,Mrs. Laney (Laurie) Southerly of Orlando,Fla.;one brother,William Galen of River Ridge,La.;two sisters,Mrs. Robert (Joyce) McKeever of Austin,and Mrs. Eugene (Patricia) Russo of Speers;and one grandson,Colby Blair. Friends will be received Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon. Services will be held in the funeral home on Monday,Oct.10,at 11 a.m.,with Dr. Thomas St. Clair,pastor of the First United Methodist Church,Belle Vernon,officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.
