Mona F. Sichi; 80; of Belle Vernon; went to be with the Lord on Sunday; Sept. 27; 2009; in Country Care Manor. A daughter of the late Felix and Jay Johnson Franks; she was born on March 21; 1929. A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon; Mona was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Belle Vernon. Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law; Armand Jr. and Pamela Sichi of Belle Vernon and Barry and Terri Sichi of Monongahela; and two grandchildren; Joshua Sichi of Belle Vernon and Richard Sichi and wife Elizabeth of New Eagle. In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her husband; Armand Mundo Sichi Sr. in 1998; and one sister; Margaret Eitzen.
