Mrs. Minnie Contz,aged 77 years, Belle Vernon,R.D.1,died Wednesday morning, July 15,1953 at 1 o'clock in Magee Hospital,Pittsburgh. She was born in Hungary. Surviving are three sons,Joseph of Cleveland,Ohio,Frank of Ambridge and Julius,at home;three daughters, Mrs. George (Margaret) Houlis of Monessen, Mrs. Clyde (Julia) Holesapple of Pricedale and Minnie Cortz at home;seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Melenyzer-Ferguson Funeral Home,Broad avenue,Belle Vernon. Funeral services will be held Friday,July 17,at 10:30 a.m. from St. Sebastian's R.C.Church,Belle Vernon,with Rev. Francis Martin officiating at Requiem High Mass. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Charles L. Melenyzer and Shelby D. Ferguson,funeral directors.
