Milton Beatty,Jr.,56,of 432 McKee avenue,Monessen,died Friday afternoon,June 17,1960 at 1:30 o'clock. Mr. Beatty was stricken suddnly ill at his home and was pronounced dead on arrival at the Charleroi-Monessen hospital. He was born in Belle Vernon,September 16,1903. He was a member of the First Methodist Church of Monessen ,and was employed in the blast furnace department of the Monessen plant of the Pittsburgh Steel company. He is survived by his wife,Mabel Ream Beatty,two daughters,Mrs. Jack (Carol) Monack,Monessen,Mrs. Ralph (Jane) Perry of East Patchogue,Long Island,New York,one sister,Mrs. Forrest Doyle of Charleroi R.D.,and five grandchildren. Friends will be recieved at the Ferguson Funeral Home. Services will be held there Monday,June 20,1960,at 2 p.m.,in charge of Rev. Jackson Gabany of the Monessen Methodist Church.
