Milton Astle;58;of 411 Railroad St.Stockdale;died Monday morning;Nov.4;1968 in the Charleroi-Monessen Hospital after a brief illness. Mr.Astle was born in Stockdale;Sept.3;1910. He was a former employee of the Great Lakes Steel Co.in Michigan. Survivors include his parents;Ernest and Amy (Jones) Astle;three sons;William of Ionia;Mich.;Alfred and Lawrence of Wyandotte;Mich.;two grandchildren;two brothers;Woodrow of Belle Vernon;and Raymond of Stockdale;four sisters;Mrs.Dell (Marian) Auther of Fayette City;Mrs.William (Florence) Pidgeon of Belle Vernon;Mrs.Lawrence (Doris) Tulley of Beallsville and Mrs.Angelo (Loma Jean) Greco of Charleroi. Friends will be received at the Ruth Edkert Funeral Home from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.;starting Tuesday evening at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Thursday;Nov.7 at 1 p.m.with Canon Joseph N.Wiffkofski officiating.
