Mrs.Mildred M.Harris;aged 65 years;634 May street;Belle Vernon;died Monday.Feb.25;1952;at 5:21 a.m.in the Charleroi-Monessen hospital following a short illness. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Belle Vernon;and of the Order of the Eastern Star No.196 of Belle Vernon. She is survived by her husband;Thomas Harris;three daughters;Mrs.August LaComte;of Baldwin Park;Calif.;Mrs.James Martin and Mrs.Glenn Davis;both of Smock;three sons;Evan Thomas of Belle Vernon;Harrington Thomas;of McKeesport;and Thomas Harris;of Smock;two sisters;Mrs.William Igoe;of Belle Vernon;and Mrs.George Gooding;of Canton;Ohio;four brothers;John Waite;of Canonsburg;Bert Waite;of Gary;Ind.;Dr.R.J.Waite;of Belle Vernon;and Dr.A.H.Waite;of Canonsburg and six grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Toner Funeral Home;Broad avenue;Belle Vernon;beginning at 7 o’clock Tuesday evening. Services will be held there Thursday;February 28;1952;at 2 p.m.;in charge of Rev.George L.Kress. Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R.Toner is the funeral director.
