Obituary

Mike David Lambert of 1467 West 107th St.,Cleveland,Ohio,formerly of Belle Vernon,died Saturday,Feb.2,1985,at his home. He was 41. Mr.Lambert was born in Coal Center on Nov.7,1943,a son of the late Albert Ellsworth Lambert,who passed away in 1952,and Mabel McGavitt Lambert Gimbara Petro who survives and resides in Belle Vernon. He had been living in the Cleveland area the past 16 years and was employed in the maintenance department of the St.Vincent Charity Hospital in Cleveland. In addition to his father,he was preceded in death by a step-father,Walter Gimbara in 1979. In addition to his mother,he is survived by his wife,Beverly Van Pelt Lambert,of Cleveland,a stepfather,Nick Petro of Belle Vernon,four sons,Mark,Robert,Timothy and Michael,all at home,four daughters,Jean,Carol Lee,Tina and Kathy,all at home,a brother,George lambert of Coal Center,five sisters,Mrs.George (Dorothy) Crawford of West Brownsville,Mrs.Ronald (Mabel) Perkins of Ashtabula,Ohio,Mrs.Anthony (Mary) Chimileski of Cleveland,and Mrs.Patty Reeves of Belle Vernon,and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home,626 Broad Ave,Belle Vernon,on Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Blessing Service will be held Wednesday at the funeral home at 9 a.m. with the Rev.John Kluchko,pastor of the Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church of Belle Vernon officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
