Michael Turik;41;of Detroit;Michigan;formerly of Fayette City;died suddenly in the Detroit Memorial hospital;Monday;October;12;1953;at 1:20 p.m.  He was born in Fayette City;August 14;1912.  He is survived by his parents;Mr.and Mrs.Peter Turik of Fayette City;three brothers;Charles;John and Nicholas Turik of Fayette City;three sisters;Mrs.Suzanne Kozar of Brownsville;Mrs.Anne Badini;of East Monongahela;and Miss Mary Turik at home.  Friends will be received at the McCrory Funeral Home.  Services will be held there Friday;October 16;1953;at 1 p.m.;in charge of Rev.Gregory Soroka of the Holy Trinity Russian Orthodox Church.  Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  George M.McCrory and Son are the funeral directors.
