Michael Shosky;206 Wilson St.;Belle Vernon;died Sunday;May 12;1985;in Mon Valley Hospital. He was 63. Mr.Shosky was born in North Belle Vernon on Aug.21;1921;a son of the late Michael and Mercy Shosky. A member of the First Baptist Church of Belle Vernon;he was also a member of REAP and the Belle Vernon Golden Agers. He retired in 1982 from the Allenport plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. Survivors include his wife Stella Morris Shosky;three daughters Mrs.Thomas (Nancy) DeSocio of Richfield Park;N.J.;Mrs.William (Judith) Marshall of Belle Vernon;and Mrs.Robert (Marsha) Ferrara of Belle Vernon;a brother;John Shosky of Monessen;two sisters;Mrs.Mary Patterson of Belle Vernon and Mrs. Margaret Frank of Belle Vernon;five grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;on Monday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 11 a.m. with Dr.Donald A.Schnarr of the First Baptist Church of Belle vernon officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
