Michael B. Daniels; 52; of Belle Vernon; formerly of Pricedale; entered into eternal rest on Feb. 24; 2012. Michael; better known as Mike or Chang; was born on April 17; 1959; to Alberta and the late Mobeler Daniels. Michael graduated in 1977 from Belle Vernon Area High School. He attended ECM trucking school and received his CDL and Hazardous Waste licenses. Mike loved driving big trucks; he was last employed by TR Trucking in Yukon; Pa.; before being laid off. He was a devoted son and brother who took care of his ill mother; whom he loved dearly; up to his death. He was preceded in death by his father; Mobeler; and four brothers; Grotus; Terry; Dennis and Milton Daniels. He leaves to cherish his sweet mom; Alberta Daniels; of Belle Vernon; three brothers; Harry Harris; of Winston Salem; N.C.; Norris Daniels; of Belle Vernon; and Aljay Daniels; of Norfolk; Va.; four sisters; Clemi Daniels-Rich; of Norfolk; Va.; Karen Baughman (Ricky); of Belle Vernon; Phyllis Lassitter (Erskine); of Fort Washington; Md.; and Wanda Daniels; of Washington; D.C. He was instrumental in raising Raymond Nickens; Ava Nickens; Reshaud and Robert Rich; due to their mothers serving in the U.S. Navy for 20 years. Other nieces; nephews; grand-nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends also survive. Visitation will be held Friday from 5 to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m.; the hour of service; at Antioch Baptist Church; Highland and Henry streets; Belle Vernon. Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery with the Rev. Clifford Carter; pastor of Antioch Baptist Church; officiating. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the WILLIAM R.
