Michael Kostichak,aged 28 years,died at 6:05 Friday morning, September 6,1940 at the Cresson Sanitarium,where he had been a patient for the past two months. He was born and reared in Monessen and attended the public schools. He had been employed in the blooming mill of the Pittsburgh Steel company. Surviving is his wife, Mrs. Ann Kostichak,a daughter, Dorothy Lorraine,and his parents,Mr.and Mrs. John Kostichak. Funeral services will be held Sunday evening at 7:30 at the Woodward Home for Funerals on Schoonmaker avenue,in charge of Lecturer A. H. McMillan,of Brooklyn, N.Y. Burial will take place Monday morning at 9 o'clock in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
