Michael J. Teringo,formerly of Fayette City R.D. 1,of Vero Beach, Fla.,died suddenly at 10:15 a.m.,Saturday,Nov. 11,1981 at his home in Florida. He was 71. Mr. Teringo was born Nov. 16,1909,in Shoaf, Pa.,a son of the late John and Mary Teringo. A retired employee of the Allenport plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation,he was a former member of the Fayette City United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Ella Margaret Brown Teringo,at home; four sons, James K. of Wichita Falls, Tex.,J. Robert of Potomac,Md.,William M. of Leesburg,Va and Donald L.of Hilton,N.Y.; one daughter,Mrs. Mary Lou Kozlovich of Mentor,Ohio; two brothers, John Teringo Jr. of Fayette City RD1 and Pete Teringo of Warren, Ohio; three sisters, Mary Teringo of Cleveland, Ohio,Ann Bednar of Fayette City, RD1 and Helen Hohran of West Covina, Calif. and 10 grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Howard W. McCrory Funeral Home, Fayette City on Monday and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and until services on Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home with the Rev. C.E. Stollings,pastor of Fayette City United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
