Canonsburg Hospital.
He was born Sept 29; 1920; in
Charleroi; a son of the late John
and Mary Uhor.
A member of St. Sebastian
Roman Catholic Church in Belle
Vernon; he was a U.S. Air Force
veteran of World War II.
A Belle Vernon area resident
for over 35 years; Mr. Uhor retired in 1980 after 20 years of service as a mechanic at Matway Chevrolet Co.
In addition to his parents; he
was preceded in death by his
wife Catherine; Feb 27; 1991;
and a brother; John Uhor.
Survivors include two sons;
Stephen M. Uhor of Perryopolis
and Michael F. Uhor Jr of Star
Junction; one daughter; Mrs
Dennis (Michelle) Bennett of
Arnold City; two brothers;
William Uhor of Mt. Pleasant
and Emil Uhor of Washington;
Pa.;one sister; Agnes Uhor of
Belle Vernon; and seven
grandchildren.
Friends will be received Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Friday
from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the
Ferguson Funeral Home; Inc.;
700 Broad Ave.; Belle Vernon. A
Prayer Service will be held
Saturday at 9:30 a.m. in the
funeral home; followed by a 10
a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in
St. Sebastian Roman Catholic
Church; Belle Vernon. Burial
w i l l be in Belle Vernon
Cemetery. The Ferguson
Funeral Home; Inc.; is handling the arrangements.
