Michael D. Clark,23,of 229 Main St.,Belle Vernon,died Saturday,July 8,2000,in Monongahela. He was born April 22,1977,in North Charleroi,a son of Michael Roberts and Shelva Jay Clark,who survive and reside in Belle Vernon. He was a member of the Belle Vernon Volunteer Fire Company No. 2. He was employed by United Parcel Service in New Stanton. In addition to his parents,survivors include his son, Michael J. Clark of Monessen,a brother,Clint Clark and a sister, Dana Gail Clark,both at home. Friends will be received at the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.,a Golden Rule funeral home,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,on Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m.,in the funeral home,with the Rev. Frank J. DePolo,pastor of Covenant Christian Church of Belle Vernon,officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
