Michael A. Costello; 59; of Speer Street; North Belle Vernon; died Monday; Feb. 4; 2002; at 5:20 p.m. in Mon Valley Hospital; Carroll Township. Born May 28; 1942; in Denver; Colo.; he was the son of the late Michael S. Costel1o and Louise Montemayer Costello; who survives and resides in Salt Lake City; Utah. Mr. Costello was a resident of North Belle Vernon for the past 35 years. He was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church; Belle Vernon. He is survived by his wife; Elaine Stetcko Costello; to whom he was married 35 years; two daughters; Bridget L. Costello of Salt Lake City; Utah; and Alison L. Costello of Albuquerque; N.M.; two brothers and sisters-in-law; Patrick and Patti Costello and Greg and Caroline Costello; all of Salt Lake City; Utah; one sister and brother-in-law; Joyce and Walter Lamb of Fresno; Calif.; his mother-in-law; Helen Stetcko of Richeyville; one sister-in-law and brother-in-law; Patricia and Edward Vavrick of North Huntingdon; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his father; he was preceded in death by two sisters; Judy and Barbara Costello. Visitation will be held Thursday from 2 to 9 p.m. in the LEONARD J. PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME; Family Owned and Operated; 626 Broad Ave.; Belle Vernon. Prayer service will be held Friday at 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home followed by a funeral Mass at 10 a.m. St. Sebastian R.C. Church; Belle Vernon; with the Rev. John R. Cindric; V.F.; pastor; officiating. Interment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The rosary will be prayed Thursday at 3 p.m. in the funeral home by members of St. Sebastian Parish.
