Metro Konare, 74,of House 38,Second St.,Pricedale,died in Brownsville General Hospital,Thursday, July 2,1959 at 1:10 p.m. A retired coal miner,he formerly worked at the Somers No. 4 mine of Pittsburgh Coal Co.,at Pricedale. He was a member of St. John Divine Russian Orthodox Church, Monessen.Surviving are his wife, Mary; one daughter, Mrs. Jules (Mary Jane) Nohavicka of Belle Vernon and three grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Toner Funeral Home in Belle Vernon from 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. until Saturday when a service will be held at 9 a.m. at St. John Divine Russian Orthodox Church. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R. Toner, funeral director.
