Metro Dudick,57,of Fellsburg R.D.1,died Friday morning,Aug. 4,1978 at 6:35 a.m. in the Monongahela Division of Mon Valley Hospital. Born Oct. 21,1920 in Belle Vernon,he was the son of the late John and Eva Guzza Dudick. Preceding him in death was a brother, William in 1951,and a son,David L. Roush in 1977. He was a member of the Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church in Belle Vernon,and was treasurer of that church. He was also a member of the Belle Vernon American Legion and the Pricedale Citizens Club. He lived in Fellsburg since 1950 and formerly spent most of his life in Belle Vernon. Employed at Stern's Furniture Co.,in Monessen,he was also a veteran of World War II,having served in the Army. He is survived by his widow, Elizabeth Herron Dudick; three sons, Metro J. of Marshfield,Mass.,William C.of Penn Hills,and Ronald W. Roush of Lake Charles,LA.;one brother, John Dudick of Akron,Ohio;one sister,Mrs. George (Louise) Zureinsky,also of Akron,Ohio and eight grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Shelby D. Ferguson Funeral Home,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon on Saturday and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Parastas services will be held at the funeral home Saturday and Sunday at 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Monday at the Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church in Belle Vernon at 9 a.m. Rev. John Kluchko,pastor, will be officiating. Interment will follow at the Belle VerNon CemeterY. Shelby D. Ferguson,funeral director.
