Mrs.Mercy Shosky;66;of 206 Wilson street;Belle Vernon;died at her home;January 28;1956;at 9:30 a.m. She was born in Poland;March 3;1889;and was a member of the St.Sebastian Church;Belle Vernon. She was also a member of the P.N.A.lodge 2429;of Belle Vernon. Surviving are two sons;John of Monessen and Michael of Belle Vernon;two daughters;Mrs.James (Mary) Patterson of Fairhope;and Mrs.Albert (Margaret) Frank of Belle Vernon;and nine grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Melenyzer-Ferguson Funeral Home during hours of 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Requiem Mass will be sung in St.Sebastian Church Tuesday;January 31;1956;at 11 a.m.;and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Rev.Francis Martin will be in charge. Chas.L.Melenyzer and Shelby D.Ferguson are the funeral directors.
