Mayme Croushore of Fayette
City died Monday; June 18;1990;
at 9:30 a.m. at her home following
a lengthy illness.
Mrs. Croushore was 103.
She was born Dec. 30; 1886; in
Fayette County; a daughter of
the late George and Cora Stickel
Armstrong.
Mrs. Croushore was a
member of the Fayette City
United Presbyterian Church.
In addition to her parents she
was preceded in death by her
husband; Walter Croushore; in
1962; and by a brother; William
Armstrong.
Survivors include one son;
Harry Croushore of
Philadelphia; one daughter;
Jean Croushore of Fayette City;
two granddaughters and one
great-grandson.
Friends will be received Tuesday
from 7 to 9 p.m. and
Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
p.m. in the Howard W. McCrory Funeral Home;Fayette City;until 1 p.m.Thursday;when services will be held in the funeral home with Pastor Robert Cromwell of the Fayette City United Presbyterian Church officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers;the family requests donations to the Fayette City United Presbyterian Church in memory of Mayme Croushore. The Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
