Mrs. Van C. Hixenbaugh died at Belle Vernon Sunday night,November 24,1918 at 11:30,aged 45 years of pneumonia. Deceased was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles A. Brightwell and had resided in Belle Vernon all her life. She leaves a husband and one son,Wooda. She was a consistent member and earnest worker in the Presbyterian Church,and a woman who will be much missed as she was respected and loved by all who knew her. The funeral services will be held Wednesday afternnon at 2 o'clock conducted by her pastor Rev. Perrin Baker. Interment will be made in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
