Mary Vincent;96;of Hoon Street;Monongahela;died Sunday;April 20;1997;at Mon Valley Hospital. She was born Sept.27;1900;in Czechoslovakia;a daughter of the late Michael Vesely. Mrs.Vincent was a homemaker. She was Catholic by faith. She was a member of St.Anthony Roman Catholic Church;Monongahela. Surviving are two daughters;Frances Fusco of Monongahela and Margaret Pilarcik of Elizabeth;eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by her husband;Peter Vincent;who died July 20;1957;a son;Peter D.Vincent;a brother;Michael Vesely and two sisters;Anna Hald and Cecelia Vesely. Friends will be received in the Marshall Marra funeral home;216 Chess St.;Monongahela;Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 10 a.m.in St.Anthony’s Roman Catholic Church;Monongahela;with the Rev.Joseph E.Feltz as celebrant. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St.Anthony Church Memorial Fund. The Marshall Marra Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
