Mrs.Mary Surovchak,83,of 915 Henry street,Belle Vernon,died Friday,March 5,1954,at 11:20 p.m. Surivivng are two sons,Michael of Monessen and Andrew of Belle Vernon,four daughters,Mary Sholtis of Monessen,Mrs.George (Ella) Brindzak of Belle Vernon,Mrs.John (Betty) Buchta of Monongahela and Mrs.Melvin (Julia) Bruegger of Canton,Ohio,two brothers in Europe,one sister,Mary Bross of Eynon,Pa.,twenty-five grandchildren and twenty-four great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the late home. Services will be held at St.John's Lutheran Church,Tuesday,March 9,1954,at 2 p.m.,in charge of Rev.Stephen Hurnak. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R.Toner is the funeral director.
