Mary Paholsky; 81; of Belle Vernon; died Friday; Aug. 1; 2003; in Havencrest Nursing Home; Carroll Township; after a lengthy illness. She was born Feb. 20; 1922; in Fairhope; Washington Township; the daughter of the late Nick Kostelac Sr. and Bara Loncaric. She was preceded in death by her husband; Stanley Paholsky; a son; Dennis Paholsky on July 20; 2003; two brothers; Joseph and Thomas Kostelac; and two sisters; Mildred L. Lloyd and Bertha Shaw. She is survived by a son; Robert Paholsky of Brownsville; two brothers; Mathew and wife Barbara Kostelac of Bedford; and Nick Jr. and wife Sarah Kostelac of Monessen; a sister; Sophia Bachinski of Monessen; four grandchildren; and a sister-in-law; Dorothy Kostelac of Fayette City. Friends will be received Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. in the ELEY/McCRORY FUNERAL HOME INC. and on Monday until 9:30 a.m. where a prayer service will be held followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in the Epiphany of Our Lord Church; Monessen. Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
