Mary Emery Nagy; 94; of Rostraver Township; died Monday; July 5; 2004; at 9:35 a.m. in Mon Valley Hospital; Carroll Township. Born Sept. 14; 1909; in Blackburn; she was a daughter of the late George and Barbara Danko Emery. Mrs. Nagy was a resident of Belle Vernon for the past 62 years; a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church in Belle Vernon and was a homemaker. She was a charter member of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas; Belle Vernon Court 1522; and a member of the Legion of Mary; St. Sebastian Church. Mrs. Nagy is survived by one son; Paul E. Nagy of Mt. Lebanon; one daughter and son-in-law; Carole and Robert Cameron of Atlanta; Ga.; one sister; Helen Horn of Sharon; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; Paul Nagy; in 1959; two brothers; George and John Emery; and three sisters; Ann Rumora; Margaret Fraser and Barbara Messett. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the LEONARD J. PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME; family owned and operated; 626 Broad Ave.; Belle Vernon (724-929-6183). Services will be held Wednesday; July 7 at the funeral home at noon with the Rev. Lawrence L. Manchas V.F. of St. Sebastian R.C. Church; officiating. Interment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Members of St. Sebastian parish will pray the rosary for the departed soul of Mary Nagy on Tuesday at 3:15 p.m. in the funeral home.
