Obituary
Mrs. Mary Lesnak,105 Pennsylvania Blvd.,Monessen,died at Mon Valley Hospital at 1:50 p.m. on Monday,Sept. 17,1979. She had been in declning health. Born in Coal center,Pa.,she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Krol Moleski. She was a Monessen resident most of her life. She was preceded in death by her husband,Michael Lesnak on Jan. 30,1976. Mrs. Lesnak was a member of St. Leonard's Roman Catholic Church and the Polish National Alliance Lodge of Monessen. Survivors include three sisters,Mrs. Genevieve Lehew of Monessen,Mrs. Josephine Neil of Pittsburgh and Mrs. Olga Butkevich of St. Clair Shores, Michigan. The family will receive friends at the Rhome Funeral Home,Inc.,1209 Grand Blvd.,Monessen from 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday and from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday. A Prayer service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home,followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St. Leonard's Catholic Church,with the Rev. Henry P. Dinicco,pastor, officiating. Interment will be at Belle Vernon Cemetery.
