Obituary
Mary Kukler,81,of Belle Vernon (Fairhope),died Saturday evening,Aug. 23,1997,in the Laurel Nursing Home, Uniontown,after a short illness. She was born in Ellsworth on Jan. 19,1916,a daughter of the late John and Magdelena Kniha. Mr. Kukler was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church of Belle Vernon. In addition to her parents,she was preceded in death by her husband, Alex Kukler Sr. on May 11,1989. Survivors include a daughter, Dolores Ricchutto of Baldwin;three sons, Alex Kukler of Fayette City, Gary Kukler of Belle Vernon (Fairhope) and Kenneth Kukler of Portage,Ind.,nine grandchildren;five great-grandchildren;a brother,John Kniha of Mather and a sister, Agnes Wanzek of Etna. Friends were received Monday from 2 to 9 p.m. and will be received Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Eley/McCrory Funeral Home,Inc.,334 Main St.,Fayette City,and Wednesday until 9:30 a.m. where a Prayer service will be held followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church,Belle Vernon. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Eley/McCrory Funeral Home Inc.,is in charge of arrangements.
