Funeral services were held this morning;Monday;May 24;1937;for Mrs.Mary Jane Shaffer;who died Friday;May 21;1937;at 11:30 a.m.at the home of her son-in-law and daughter;Mr.and Mrs.Edward Driscoll of Fayette street;with whom she had made her home for the past nine months. The deceased was 79 years of age;and has many friends in the vicinities of Belle Vernon;Fayette City and Pricedale. Services were held at the St.Sebastian Church;with Father J.J.O’Connell officiating;and interment being held in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
