Following a lingering illness,Mrs. Mary Jane Arrison,died early Monday morning,July 6,1942 at her home,250 Donner avenue. She was 57 years of age. Born and reared in this immediate section before Monessen was incorporated,she has spent her entire life here. Surviving are her husband, J.F. Arrison,a son, Charles Arrison of Pittsburgh,two daughters, Mrs. Margaret Kelly of Pittsburgh and Mrs. Donald Summers of Monessen. Seven grandchildren also survive,along with two sisters,Mrs. Elizabeth McKeever of Belle Vernon and Mrs. Ella Emerick of Fairhope and a brother, Albert Fisher of Ambridge. Friends are being received at the Woodward Home for Funerals.
