Mary (Honey) Bello;95;of 10 Alpen Strasse;Latrobe;died Thursday;Jan.4;1996;in the Greensburg Nursing and Convalescent Center. Born July 21;1900;in Webster;she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Giordnelli Costello. She was a member of the United Methodist Church. Mrs.Bello lived in Latrobe since 1994;having formerly resided in Nanty Glo and Belle Vernon. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by her husband;Thomas;in 1975;a daughter;Virginia Bello;two sons;John and Franklin Bello;two sisters;Lucille Dubansky in 1983 and Katherine;and four brothers;John;Tony;Benjamin and Frank Costello. Surviving are one son;Thomas Bello of East Aurora;N.Y.;a daughter;Katherine Medve of Latrobe;a daughter-in-law;Garnet Bello of Wilmington;Del.;two brothers;Joseph Costello of Somerset and Albert C.Costello of Okmulgee;Okla;;one sister;Mrs.William (Rosalie)Konecheck of Belle Vernon;eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;where services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m.with the Rev.Dr.Thomas St.Clair of First United Methodist Church;Belle Vernon;officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The family suggests memorial contributions he made to a charity of one’s choice. Arrangements are being handled by the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.
