Carnes,95,of Belle Vernon R.D.2,died in Haven Crest Inc.,Monday,Sept.2,1991,at 5 p.m. Friends will be received at the James C.Stump Funeral Home Inc.,Sweeney Plan-Rostraver Township,Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11 a.m. on Thursday with the Reverends David Reeves and Howard Rodebaugh officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The James C.Stump Funeral Home Inc.is in charge of arrangements.
