Mary Elizabeth Bricker;died Wednesday;Jan.15;1986;following a lengthy illness. She was an active member of the First United Methodist Church of Belle Vernon;and also enjoyed the activities of the senior citizen organization at the Mon Valley Health Center in Monessen. She was preceded in death by her husband;Lester J.Bricker;in 1976. Survivors include two daughters;Barbara Ann Seitz of New Haven;Ind.;and Nancy Heckman of Belle Vernon;one son;Jim Bricker of Cuyahoga Falls;Ohio;eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Rhome Funeral Home;Inc.;1209 Grand Blvd.;Monessen. Funeral services will be held Saturday;Jan.18;at 1 p.m. in the First United Methodist Church of Belle Vernon;with the Rev.Thomas St.Clair officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society. The Rhome Funeral Home;Inc.is in charge of arrangements.
