Mary E.Sethman;78;of 310 Johnson Ave.;Belle Vernon;died Friday;Aug.11;1989;at 12:48 p.m.in Mon Valley Hospital Inc.;Carroll Township. She was born in Pittsburgh;May 25;1911;a daughter of the late George and Elizabeth Gray Wilson. Mrs.Sethman was a member of the Belle Vernon Church of the Nazarene and had lived in Belle Vernon for the past 50 years. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by her first husband;Joseph Emph in 1958;her second husband;Allen Popp in 1977;and a granddaughter;Mary Ann Emph in 1960. She is survived by her husband;Robert Sethman;a son and daughter-in-law;Albert L.and Anna Emph of Greenville;four stepsons;Robert Sethman of Belle Vernon;William Sethman of the state of California;Harry Sethman of Colorado;and Kenneth Sethman of Belle Vernon;three stepdaughters;Mrs.Charles (Ethel) Krasonic of West Newton;Mrs.Phillip (Eileen) Tominello of Belle Vernon;and Mrs.Armenio (Janice) Chocca of Tampa;Fla.;five grandchildren;20 step-grandchildren;and five great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home Monday at 1:30 p.m.with the Rev.Timothy R.Eyring;of the Belle Vernon Church of the Nazarene;officiating. Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.is in charge of arrangements.
