Mary E. Hamilton,100 First St.,Charleroi,died in Charleori-Monessen Hospital,Friday,July 17,1970 at 3:30 a.m. She was born in Somerset County,Aug. 25,1924,the daughter of the late David W. and Nina Merringer Hamilton. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Charleroi. Her mother died May 12,1970. Surviving are two brothers, Ernest Gardner of Star Junction and Emory Hamilton of Pittsburgh;two sisters, Mrs. George Urick of Smithton and Mrs. Pauline Wheeler of Charleroi. Friends will be received at the Harold L. Schrock Funeral Home, Charleroi,Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be held at the funeral home,Monday, July 20,at 11 A.M. with the Rev.Frank Bodnar officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
