Obituary

Mary Lupori Ceccarelli,96,of 609 Bluff St.,North Belle Vernon,died Wednesday,March 8,2000,at 5:55 p.m.at The Residence at Hilltop,Carroll Township. She was born April 3,1903,in Dunlevy,a daughter of the late Ottavio and Amelia Mastai Lupori. Mrs.Ceccarelli was a resident on North Belle Vernon for the past 70 years and was a member of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church of Belle Vernon. She was a homemaker,a charter member of the Anita Garibaldi ,Belle Vernon Lodge, and a charter
member of Catholic Daughters
of the Americas, Belle Vernon
Court 1522. Survivors include
a son and daughter-in-law,
Louis and Connie Ceccarelli
Jr.. of Belle Vernon, two
daughters and sons-in-law,
Manlee and George Stark, of
Zanesville, Ohio and Judith
Ann and Raymond Moody of
Belle Vernon, seven grandchildren, Cindy Peters and
husband Paul, Debbie
Konecheck and husband Bill,
Michael Ceccarelli, Gregory
Stark and wife. Rose, Mary
Lou Hassan and husband
Chris, Morci Seliga and husband Ken, and Raymond P.
Moody and wife Jill, 10 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter. Mrs.
Ceccarelli was the last surviving member of her immediate family. In addition to her
parents, she was preceded in
death by her husband, Louis
Ceccarelli Sr. on May 14,1979,
by three brothers, Gino Lupori, Paul Lupori and Conrad
Lupori Sr., and by three sisters, Inez Carini, Olga Checchi
and Elida Feeney. Friends will
be received on Saturday from 7
to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 to
4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the

Broad Ave., Belle Vernon. A
Prayer service will be held in
the funeral home Monday at
9:30 a.m., followed by concelebrated Funeral Mass at 10 a.m.
in St. Sebastian Roman
Catholic Church, Belle
Vernon, with the Rev. John R.
Cindric, V.F., pastor of St.
Sebastian Church, and the
Rev. William P. Feeney,
nephew of Mrs. Ceccarelli, and
pastor at Transfiguration Roman Catholic Church in
Monongahela as concelebrant.
Interment will follow in Belle
Vernon Cemetery. The Legion
of Mary and Catholic Daughters of the Americas, Belle
Vernon Court 1522, will recite
the Rosary in the funeral home
Sunday at 3 p.m., followed by
services at 3:30 p.m. by the
Anita Garibaldi Lodge Belle
Vemon, additional services
will be held Sunday in the funeral home by the Belle
Vernon Knights of Columbus
Council 3026 at 7 p.m., followed by services by the North
Belle Vernon Volunteer Fire
Department at 7:15 p.m.
