Mrs.Mary Bezego;Fayette City;R.D.1;died Monday;May 25;1987;at 2:40 a.m.in Mon Valley Hospital. She was 86. Mrs.Bezego was born in Fayette City on Aug.3;1900;a daughter of the late John and Mary Savko Oneufer. She was a member of Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church;Lynnwood. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by her husband;Charles Bezego Sr.;in 1972 and a daughter;Mary Komacko in 1986. Survivors include a son Charles Bezego Jr.of Fayette City R.D.1;two daughters;Mrs.Frank (Helen) Kostelac of Fairhope;Belle Vernon;and Mrs.John (Anna) Simmons of Fayette City R.D.1;10 grandchildren;12 great-grandchildren;three brothers;George;Mike and Nick Savko;all of Corry;Pa.;and a sister;Mrs.Steve (Helen) Maday of Detroit;Mich. Friends will be received at the Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home;Fayette City;on Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m.and 7 to 9 p.m. Family and friends will meet Thursday at 8 a.m.at the Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church;Lynnwood;for Divine Liturgy with the Rev.Father John J.Kluchko officiating. Burial will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
