Mrs.Bartus was a member of St.Sebastian R.C.Church in Belle Vernon and William Penn Fraternal Association of Pricedale. Born in Hungary;she had lived in the Belle Vernon area 65 years. Her husband;Joseph;died Oct.2;1958. Surviving are three sons;Albert at home;Steve of Donora and John of Connellsville;a daughter;Mrs.James (Mary) Nagy of Belle Vernon;three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;Belle Vernon;after 7 p.m.May 9. Prayers there Monday;May 11;at 9:30 a.m.followed by Requiem High Mass in St.Sebastian R.C.Church;Belle Vernon at 10 a.m. The Very Rev.Martin J.O’Toole;pastor;will officiate.
