Mrs.Mary B.Griffith of 139 Church street,Claysville,died at her home on Wednesday,June 17,1959,at 11:45 a.m. She was born in Scotland,September 26,1882,and was a member of the United Presbyterian Church,and the Claysville chapter 187,Order of Eastern Star. She was a former resident of Fayette City. She is survived by her husband,Charles Lloyd Griffith,two daughters,Mrs.Edward (Margaret) Cooper of Washington,and Mrs.Thomas J.(Elizabeth) Welsh of Pittsburgh,five grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Friends will be received by the family during hours of 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m.,at the Schrock Funeral Home,226 Fallowfield avenue,Charleroi. Services will be held there June 20,at 2:30 p.m.in charge of Rev.Arthur Day,and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold F.Schrock is the funeral director.
