Born in Michigan;Jan.30;1889;Mrs.Zollars had been a resident of the Monongahela Valley for the past 70 years;coming from Michigan. She attended Monessen Public Schools and was a member of First Christian Church;Charleroi. Preceded in death by her husband;John R.in 1924;and a son;Samuel G.in 1929;she is survived by two sons;Russell E.of Charleroi and William R.of North Charleroi;two daughters;Lillian M.Zollars;at home and Mrs.Robert (Virginia) Hughes;Fellsburg;a brother;Hiram Learner;Meadville R.D.4 and 11 grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Michael A.Melinchak Funeral Home;825 Fallowfield Ave.;Charleroi;from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Services will be held from the funeral home on Monday;March 8;at 11 a.m.;with the Rev.W.S.Vanarsdale;pastor of First Christian Church;Charleroi;officiating.
